What Happens Between #Christmas and #NewYear... Cultivating New #Habits

Hi Guys and Girls...

How have you all been keeping....?

I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas, spending time with loved ones and maybe even receiving the one special pressie that was on your wishlist....!

It's never ceases to amaze me how quickly time flies by....
It's nearly the end of yet another year. The years seem to fly by faster, the older I get!

The time between Christmas and the New Year can be an odd time, recovering from Christmas, just relaxing, with time off work. Maybe having days out, unless you live in London, as it is literally freezing at the moment, so I, for one, am staying indoors. Some are living in anticipation of their big night out on New Year's Eve!That was me for the past two decades, but I'm calming down finally.... Not to say that I'm not going out.......;-)

With New Year's Eve fast approaching, it seems like an appropriate time to relax and take stock of one's life and dare I say, goals. I'm not saying it's time to sit down and plan your New year's Resolutions, as we all know the list we make for that usually doesn't last.

Life is short and aside from the fact that I,personally, think that it's not productive to make 'New Year's' resolutions, per se,  we should all be able to sit down, meditate and take stock of our lives at any time, but on a regular basis, so we can set ourselves milestones and goals, to keep our lives on our chosen path.

This could be anything your heart and mind desires, but for me planning my objectives for my own personal development, so that I am continually improving as a human being and also how to improve my online business, so that I can live me life by design, are the two things that I always focus on, in order to re-assess and make progress.

The Key To Changing our lives, is to form new HABITS. Choose what you want to change and how to change it in terms of taking specific actions, then DO THOSE ACTIONS EVERYDAY, consistently, for at least 30 days, preferably 60 days, then you just might see that you have a new positive, beneficial habit.

Personally, I have decided to meditate daily, exercise three times a week and spend at least two hours on my online business everyday.

I wish you well with cultivating your new habits.....
Feel free to drop me a line and let me know which habits you decided to cultivate and how long it took you to establish it.... and how it has impacted your life.
