Happy Fathers' Day

By virtue of our existence, we all have a Father. They helped give us life, passed on their genes and hopefully loved and nurtured us through childhood, continuing to support us in adulthood.

We all have different experiences with our fathers, some of us more enriching experiences than others.

Today and every day, we need to recognise, remember and be grateful for all the positives they have contributed to us as human beings and how our lives would not have been the same without them.

Happy Fathers' Day to all the Dads in the world. We hope we have enriched your lives as much as you have ours.
We love you and wish you all the very best in life, as you so rightly deserve.

Our Lives Are Determined By Our Choices

Hi All!

I hope you are all well.

I had the privilege of seeing Mr Les Brown give one of his great speeches in July last year, 2014. He told of his life, his beginnings in birth, early childhood and how he arrived at the point of being 'successful'.

I will not relate the details here, as his story is much better told by the man himself, but it suffices to say that his accounts are always moving, often heart rendering, not to mention comical.

He knows how to make you believe in yourself and your dreams, because he believed in himself and achieved his dreams. He is a living example of how someone can overcome adversary and come out the other side, not simply standing tall, with dignity, but how we can all excel and live the life we choose.

That's the point. It is a choice. A choice we make every single minute of every single day, which determines where we are in life right now, and what we will ultimately achieve.

Give Les Brown a few moments of your time and see how uplifted and inspired you feel afterwards.

Wishing you health, wealth and happiness always,

Shaleza
