Manifesting Grace Through Gratitude
Yesterday Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey started their most recent meditation experience: Manifesting Grace through Gratitude.
I have tried their meditation experiences previously and I've always found it to be a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
They always lead in with a verbal introduction, explaining the mantra to be used and the purpose of the session.
Each session is usually about twenty minutes long and is largely therapeutic music. There is a new session every day and you can access each one for up to five days. There are 21 days of meditation and it's free!
For anyone who has never tried meditation, this is a great opportunity to have a go. Let's face it there is nothing to lose by giving meditation a try and so much to gain, if you find it beneficial.
Deepak Chopra is world renowned in his field and my favourite 'idol' Oprah Winfrey is on hand!
They have created their own app or you can google www.chopracentermeditation.com.
Your mind will feel clearer, your body more relaxed and your spirit at peace. That's how I feel any how. Hopefully you'll feel similar positive outcomes.
Believe it or not, I'm not getting commission for telling you any of this, but I just think it's too good an opportunity to miss. So what are you all waiting for... Let's go meditate!!!

EPIC Motivational Speech by Denzel Washington - Claim Your Dream!!
Listen to this great motivational speech from one of the great actors of our time.
'Dreams without goals remain dreams and ultimately fuel disappointment.'
'Goals on the road to achievement cannot be achieved without discipline and consistency.'

'It's not how much you have, but what you do with what you have.'
What part of this resonates with you?

The Prayer :Thank You!
If the only prayer you ever say is 'Thank You'
That will be enough.
Eckhart Tolle
The attitude of gratitude makes a big difference in the experience of life and an even greater difference in the results we achieve.
Being grateful and saying thank you helps to maintain a positive frame of mind and a positive out look on our current circumstances and life. This in turn should then make us more likely to feel happy and fulfilled.

The Yellow Tulips.
Hi there, Ladies and Gents!
I hope all is well with you in the world.
I had a great experience yesterday. These things happen to me a fair amount. I usually don't talk about them, but now that I have this lovely blog, with which I can share, I thought that it might be a nice story to relate.
I had a patient visit me yesterday, with a concern. I checked her out and explained that she was fine. I talked her through it and reassured her. She left and in doing so, we wished each other well. I did not charge her any fees; I did not even think about it. She's a regular patient, a lovely, friendly lady and it didn't cross my mind. To me, it was a normal thing to do.
The receptionist came in a few moments later to ask if there was a charge. I replied that there wasn't. The lady was happy and came back in to thank me. I thought that was very sweet.
I resumed my usual activities and, not five minutes later, the receptionist returned with two bunches of flowers, one for me and another for my nurse. They were beautiful yellow tulips! Such a gesture of gratitude, for which I am grateful.
It never ceases to amaze me that when you treat people well, although you feel that it is simply normal behaviour, they will always appreciate what you do for them, be it a smile, a kind word, doing your job, or changing their lives.
Wishing you all a fabulous weekend,
Shaleza
