Hit The Wall And Keep The Faith....

Good Afternoon Beautiful People!

There comes a point in your life when you hit the wall, so as to speak. Enough is enough. Usually this occurs when there is a life changing event, a loss, a death and you stop and re-evaluate your life. Why am I here? Am I happy? Am I doing what I want to do? In short, am I fulfilling my life's purpose?

I think this can also occur during a happy, positive event or time of life, in a less dramatic way. Often I think these questions arise when we meditate, become more spiritual, more self aware.
After all, life is a progression, a process....

I have come to and through these moments and time periods before. Usually it has caused me to change my life in some positive way.... to start meditating, to do a new course, to look at what I want and to choose a path.....

This time I feel like the impact has been much greater...
My life has changed quite dramatically over the last ten years, traumatic relationships, with their various amazing highs and tragic lows, work stress, the birth of my child and the passing of my soul mate. These experiences change you; shape you into the human being you are... and for that I am grateful. I am stronger and wiser for the sufferance.

This time I have hit my wall and I want big changes. I will therefore have to take massive action, even if I do so in small, consistent steps! :)

I Believe that if we keep moving forward towards our goals, staying focused and believing that we will achieve our dreams, then dreams can come true.... we can live our life's purpose.

Keep fighting on and keep believing.

Wishing you all peace and love on this gloriously sunny London day,

Shaleza xx

Become Aware - Eckhart Tolle

Focus attention on the feeling inside you. Know that it is the pain-body. Accept that it is there. Don't think about it - don't let the feeling turn into thinking. Don't judge or analyze. Don't make an identity for yourself out of it. Stay present, and continue to be the observer of what is happening inside you. Become aware not only of the emotional pain but also of "the one who observes," the silent watcher. This is the power of the Now, the power of your own conscious presence. Then see what happens.
