The Tendency To Get Too Busy To Live Your Life...

Hi There, Ladies and Gents!

I haven't written to you all in a while, so apologies for that!

The truth is I'm still here. Things are ticking over, in a manner of speaking! So what have I been up to and why have I been so quiet?

Well, I moved house a couple of months ago. There's much tiredness and stress that goes along with that process, as we all know.

The baby started Nursery - Yay more free time - not as yet! We need to settle into the routine first, which would have been a whole lot easier, if he did not have a cold, then an ear infection a week later... I think you get the picture.

In all the going's on, the habit of sticking my head in the computer, as it were, and researching, posting etc has just up and vanished.

I guess the habit was tied largely to my previous residence and I have not re-established it here. That is changing from tonight. This house is even more conducive to getting work done, so I will re-establish my love for spilling my inner thoughts to you all.

The other factor is that I guess I got too busy with my life to live my life, in terms of my blogging etc. I have been out and about more and the love life has taken a turn in a positive direction - for a change!! Lol. For that I am truly grateful.

After the move and the emotional ups and downs, it's time to re-evaluate, re-focus and make sure that I do certain things that I enjoy, that will help me to progress as a person and in life.

The moral of the story: Never get so busy with life, that you stop living it the way you desire.

Well, it feels good to be back.

Wishing you all peace and love,

Shaleza xx

Adding Value.

'Work at your job and make a living,
Work on yourself and make a fortune.'

Jim Rohn

Having a job earns you a living. There's nothing wrong with having a job, especially if it's something you love and you earn a good living. However for most of us, you can survive on your pay, but it's difficult to get ahead in life working for someone else, without extra skills.

If you have a job and work hard at it, you'll make progress, but there's a limit to how far you get without working on yourself. If you work on yourself whether you are employed or whether you have your own business, then your life and likelihood of success will improve greatly.

This is because working on yourself means that you improve yourself, enabling you to learn more skills, improve your way of thinking and improving all aspects of your life. This way you add value to yourself as a person and thus add value in your job or business. You would then provide a better service / do a better job, giving added value to your company and clients.

Mostly, adding value by working on yourself will have the greatest benefit to you, by improving your mind, body and soul and living the life of your dreams.
