Divine Connections Make Dreams Happen
If you are constantly saying to yourself, "What in the world am I doing?", then you probably need a change. Maybe you are working or studying or maybe you are just stuck doing nothing that is a big problem, but the biggest problem you have at the moment is unhappiness. Days are going by, time is passing and every day you feel like you are getting one step further away from your dream. The first thing that you should wake up and face is that your dreams are never achieved alone.
Trying to be the big hero and solve all of your problems or trying to be creative to make your dreams happen all by yourself is really living in a "dream world". Every one of us needs people whether we want to accept it or not because without people, it just is not any fun! Even though you do not stop to realize or think about it, every day you miss an opportunity for your dream to launch because you are not taking advantage of your connections.
Another reason you are not making progress is because you have more than one talent or skill and you do not know where to focus and while you are good at many things, there is truly only one that holds your passion. Once you truly narrow down your options and begin to focus on the one thing that grabs your heartstrings, only then will you take the first step towards your dream. After deciding on what your dream is, the next thing is making the connections for your dream to birth.
Making the connections, which has nothing to do with you trying to go out and find that "magic" person, is about the people around you that you already know. Instead of trying to always do a "search and rescue" trying to find the one that you think will make your dream happen, let them come and find you! You see making connections with people is like building blocks. Did you ever build blocks when you were a child? It only takes one block at a time meeting one person after another until before you realize it; you have reached your dream.
I have witnessed it over and over not only in my personal life but also in the people's lives that I have had the opportunity of mentoring. I call them "divine connections", we continually meet and talk to people and through our conversations depending on how we manage them, always bringing about a connection which is a piece to the puzzle that you need to get your dream going.
The biggest mistake you can make is trying to figure out who the person will be. The most exciting thing is that when you start focusing on what your dream is you then start talking about it, and when you are talking about it, people listen. What happens when people start to listen, is magic, well at least it seems like it!!
I also want to clarify that it is not always about money either, many times we think that our dreams cannot happen if we do not have the money to launch them but before you worry about not having the money, not having friends and acquaintances is more serious than money. So, when I talk about making connections with people I am referring to people of all types, shapes, forms and careers... any type really but, not because it is about money.
Every one of us in this life is a solution to a problem. I cannot be the solution to every problem but I can be the solution to one problem. When we all learn to work together in realizing that what I am not the solution to, someone else out there is, then we begin to see great things happen in our lives.
So, the next time you sit down and talk to someone, be careful how you treat them or how quick you are to want to get away because you never know what that connection could mean for you. Treat people as they are not as you want them to be. People are valuable and they are a vital part of life for all of us!
Remember, your dreams are just a few connections away from becoming reality. Do not waste another day, time waits for no man and the time is now.

Success: How Big or Small to Be Called a Success?
Success is an achievement of a goal, small or large. It doesn't have to be big or extraordinary that the whole world have to know as a breaking news on TV! But it still can be an achievement that will make one proud.
In general, I am assuming, most of us are procrastinators. We like to put off our tasks and activities on hold due to laziness or whatever reason! These actions lead to incomplete work and activities! As a result, our work keeps on piling up, and our motivation and desire dwindles further!
So you see where am I going with this issue? Does it sound familiar? For example, we all have dealt with an untidy, cluttered Desk, Whether it be at home or the office. We keep telling ourselves that it needs cleaning. But we don't do it! The reason, We don't have a motivation to clean it though our desire to do so is intense. The inertia have settled in our mind looking at the piles of incomplete tasks!
Here what we need is a push or a strong desire to start the job and in no time the desk will be clean and tidy, and we will feel great!
Now, what did we achieve by completing this simple task? A huge success! Tremendous satisfaction and a sense of relief.
The desk is looking great after the cleaning. It was an easy task, but the procrastination held us back from cleaning it. Here this inertia was hindering the success. If we can garner this of passion in our life and take up the challenge, don't our desk and our life could become uncluttered for good!
So, a small achievement of success can make us so happy and satisfied, why can't we build on this habit and make it a permanent habit or a second nature of ours. But what takes is a self-discipline, passion, the self-motivation to appreciate these small successes. The rewards are unbelievable.
Anybody, whether it be a child, men or women, the positive attitude leading to achievements and successes will change their life for good. If we put our mind to any task, small or big like cleaning a child's toy room, or completing homework, cleaning a garage, mowing the yard or cleaning a pantry. These tasks aren't difficult or hard but tedious and uninteresting. But passion, developing a habit to complete these tasks with enthusiasm and appreciating small successes will give a sense of achievements.
If we become passionate about all our jobs or activities, small or large, stay motivated, learn the discipline to complete them promptly and learn lifelong work ethics, the rewards will be unbelievable!! Our children can learn at a young age the same characters and qualities by our actions alone. Doesn't this make you happy and proud of your extraordinary achievements and reward filled successes, small but significant!
These successes may sound small to one who enjoys great successes in life. But most of us, who complete small tasks and achieving small successes, these lessons are priceless. They help break the mold of inertia. Achieving small successes will generate confidence and courage to take up big challenges in life.
So the lesson we learn here is to win over procrastination, create a passion and the motivation for any task or chores. Learn the habit to complete the task at hand with enthusiasm. The rewards will be satisfying and successes will be exhilarating.
"Sweet Success is contagious and addictive, but this addiction is worth having it!!"
Don't you all are with me on this? I believed so!
Respectfully,
Deepak Mehta
All of us enjoy a success in all our endeavors, but I believe that the achievement does not have to be enormous. Even gaining victory over a bad habit of procrastination is a big deal. Because, the practice of putting off any task, big or small for no particular reason but sheer laziness that robs many of us achieving tremendous successes in our future endeavors. So it is a huge deal to gain victory over it.

6 Great Ways to Inspire Success
Feeling FLAT or uninspired? Here are 6 brilliant ways to get you back on track and firing on all pistons, while gently shifting you into the mindset of INSPIRED SUCCESS
1. Have Intensely Desired Goals
Having intensely desired goals requires the knowledge of what you want and a deadline. The development of a plan for its achievement that you can work on incrementally everyday.
One of the most powerful ways to harmonize your mind and to trigger inspiration and creativity is to rewrite your goals in the present tense every morning.
When you sit and write out these goals, visualize yourself as if you have already achieved your desire. By doing this, you are burning your desires deeper and deeper into your subconscious mind, and activating and receiving inspiration from your super conscious mind. In this way, you will find yourself attracting more and more people into your life that are consistent with your goals by the nature of the law of attraction.
Using the process of reverse engineering and creating a mental picture of having already achieved your goal, sitting with the feeling of being proud, happy, relieved or exhilarated, physically changes areas of the brain that work together to create the way that you think and feel.
Scientific studies have been carried out which alert us to the fact that there are significant neurological changes made in the brain associated with visualization and reverse engineering.
You activate and accelerate your higher super conscious mind resulting in increased creativity and inspiration, by combining a clear mental picture of your goal with the same emotion that you would have if you had achieved it.
When I wanted to move from banking into television production, there were so many hurdles that were constantly pushed in my face from current peers in the stock market, to prospective peers who were already working in TV.
"Just keep working on your success in the financial markets, starting a TV career is ludicrous." I often heard.
Well, I was stubborn and I wouldn't hear any of it. Working in the financial markets was making me miserable and, despite everything pushing me against the change, I proceeded with an intense burning desire to become a television producer. I wanted more than anything to make my living in a creative field. And I did.
2. FEEL IT
Emotion is the key to any inspiration that we draw from around us or within us. It's all about emotion. Look at the wonderful painters, musicians scientists, leaders and creators of our time. They are passionate with a burning desire.
The more intensely you desire a goal, the more rapidly it will materialize. Excitement, enthusiasm, intrigue, fascination, all these things I watch with amazement in my 4 year-old son as he explores the world. The success and the happiness we hope to achieve all lies within the engagement of passion and emotion we have towards a subject. We must FEEL IT.
The pace at which your mind will provide you with endless inspiration and creativity is directly proportional to the level of positive EMOTION you attach to the goal. PERIOD.
3. SEE PROBLEMS AS OPPORTUNITIES
When you have learned the art of becoming solution oriented instead of problem focused, you develop an incredible skill to allow for creativity and further inspiration that hastens the attraction of the goal. The additional positive benefit of such pressure can provide you with the perfect environment to perform at your absolute best.
The absolutely majority of my corporate executive clients report that they operate best under pressure. When they have a deadline or pressure to perform, there is a part of their brain that is ignited, offering up a depth of inspiration and talent that they would otherwise not see.
Problems are inevitable and unavoidable, sometimes despite all of our best efforts, they arise. There is however a choice. We can choose how we are going to respond to them.
Problems can make you inspired and resourceful, they can also bring out your best qualities. Again this is a choice that we make. Each time you solve a problem constructively you develop greater resilience and create more and more positive experiences associated with problem solving. The result is enhanced insight and creativity into all future problem solving. Think about it, confidence in effective problem solving inspires growth and mental expansion, thereby increasing your creativity and furthering your success.
The only part of the problem of which you have any control is the way in which you respond to it.
4. Understand that GOALS are simply PROBLEMS
When you have a goal that you have not yet achieved, it is simply a problem that you have not yet solved.
An obstacle that stands between you and your goal is merely a problem. In fact, any limitation that you might have, such as ill-health, financial stressors or even relationship woes, are simply problems waiting for you to solve.
Success is defined as the ability to problem solve.
The key here is to follow this general rule: Don't let the problem get on top of you, get on top of the problem. When you reframe your thinking in this manner, you open yourself up to limitless creativity and inspiration for Success.
5. BE A PROBLEM SOLVER BECOME SOLUTION ORIENTATED
I used to work for an executive producer who demonstrated great leadership qualities in inspiring others to become problems solvers.
When I first started working for him and I had a problem or hurdle, I would immediately identify the issue and I would look to him for the solution. This EP said to me, from now on when you encounter a problem, before you come to me, I want you to identify a solution. Then when you come to me you can present the solution with the problem. He taught me to become a problem solver, and to be solution oriented.
Your job right here and right now is to be a professional problem solver. Your success in your career is determined by how effectively you solve problems and achieve the goals of your position.
Developing the skill to solve your problems through inspired creativity is without question the absolute key to success.
6. LET IT GO
Many psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors and mental health professionals have reported that the majority of their work with depressed patients is centered around regret, resentment or anger over something that happened to them in the past.
The most common statements they hear are all about regret, and almost always begin with words such as, "If only." It seems that unhappy people are held back by an event or situation that occurred in the past, relating to a parent, a sibling, a previous relationship, a boss, a business partner, a failed investment, or a financial mistake. What ever the issue is, its seems that they just cannot let go of it.
Life is forever filled with unexpected arising problems, temporary setbacks and failures. While such disappointments can be painful, it is how you process them that can ultimately affect your happiness and your future inspiration. Your access to creativity, and ultimately your future success is directly tied to your ability to let go of the past.
One of the most powerful things I have learned in my life is the ability to STOP looking backward and focus my attention forward. In this way I have literally been able turn my life into an inspired filled journey of intrigue and passion, rather than a daily grind of boredom peppered with hurt and regret.
There is no question that the conscious decision to let go of negative events of the past, triggers massive creativity, and a mountain of inspiration for success.

5 Ways To Redefine Success
We often mistake success in life for material wealth, which gives fleeting satisfaction. This article shares things that truly make us feel successful, like doing your passion and becoming the best version of yourself.
Ahhhhhh... that elusive thing called success that everyone is chasing.
We know the word "success", but what is its real meaning?
In today's society, success is usually measured in monetary value - such as one's ability to buy more things and appear successful materially by having 'stuff.' Do you agree that this is how success is generally measured in society? Sounds shallow when you word it out. Now, I am not judging, because guess what, I chased this kind of success in life too for many years.
But one day I got there, I reached that pinnacle of what I thought success was - which at that time for me, was to make lots of money and achieve a lot in business. Still, I felt hollow inside. I thought to myself, "I thought getting here would feel different." This version of success we are conditioned to is backwards and is never going to give us the feeling we want, simply because we've equated the pursuit of success to chasing after a "feeling." We buy stuff and pursue accomplishments to experience a feeling that we think these things are going to give us. Actually, we would feel good, but only temporarily; it will not last because none of these pleasures fulfill your soul's true longing.
We have been conditioned to believe that having these "things" determines our success. The truth is, success is different for every person and no version of success is better than another. It is time to redefine this word to get back to what your true self considers success.
HERE ARE SOME MEASUREMENT STICKS TO CONSIDER WHEN DEFINING YOUR VERSION OF SUCCESS:
1. Do What You Love
Self-satisfaction and fulfillment are yours at the end of the day. Work doesn't seem like work because you are doing what you're passionate about. Ever heard this quote, "Make a living doing what you love and you'll never work a day in your life"?
When you love what you do, it is easy to put your best foot forward, no motivation is required. The basic ingredient is love for the work you want to do. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing the outcome of something that you love to do. Work stops being something you 'have' to do; instead it becomes something you 'get' to do.
2. Serving More People
What if we began to measure success by how many people we are able to serve?
How do you feel when you truly fulfill the needs of another person and provide valuable service to that person?
There is something very fulfilling about it knowing that we are making a difference. Even if we think it's a small thing, it could be the biggest thing to a person, it may even be life changing. Success is touching people's lives and making a difference one life at a time.
3. Becoming A Better Version Of Yourself
This is the true purpose of life when we get down to it. To simply become the best version of ourselves. How does it feel when you grow as a person? When you become more proficient in something? Or when you handle a situation in a more effective way? What if we stopped competing against everyone else and instead just competed with ourselves to be better than the day before and the month before and the year before? How would that kind success feel - looking back at a year passed knowing that you have grown every day and every week even if in small and simple ways?
4. Achieving Your Goals
Congratulations for hitting the target! Regardless of how small or big your goals are, you have accomplished them well. This is a measurement of success. Growth is something everyone wants to achieve, personally and professionally. You have gotten out of the shell, acquired new skills and competencies, and learned new things to improve yourself, and did more and better than the last time. You set constant goals you know you can achieve and kept knocking them out.
How successful do you think you would feel if you were constantly achieving what you set out to do?
5. How Much You Look Forward To Tomorrow
Life couldn't be any better when you are filled with hope of what tomorrow brings - new challenges, opportunities and unlimited possibilities. You always see the brighter side everyday, and if today wasn't good enough, tomorrow is going to be another chance for you to make it better. If you make success about reaching a material goal, it may feel good the moment you achieve it, but then you are left having to constantly strive for the next thing to get that feeling again, and are left always chasing.
Make success about who you are now and who you are becoming, about how you live your life and how you serve, about making personal progress a constant part of your journey, and about cultivating the life where every tomorrow is a gift you are grateful to experience
